I've gone through the trouble of changing all of my PS lines, oil lines, fuel lines, air conditioning lines (jegs sells braided lines specifically made for R12, and my condenser is now two smaller but thicker higher fin density condensers with a electric fan in the driver's side stock IC location), all vaccume lines, etc all to AN lines ranging from AN4 to AN10.While I love it all, to get to this point it has taken literally tons and tons of time measuring each line to length, adapting fittings onto the line, then welded, threaded, etc fittings onto existing parts to allow for the AN lines to be fitted on them. Not to mention then the money for more parts, and more and more time just to pressure test every line, every canister, every thing to make sure that everything does not have a leak. ANs are not cheap at all. I've spent roughly $2000 on just fittings and lines and lube and wrenches, and then probably a hundred hours if not much more welding, grinding, fitting, making, etc everything.
